Terms of Use of the Feel Beautiful web site

Ordering: 

Processing of your order may take up to 7 days, once all fraud verifications have been done. Any online discounts stated within this site are applicable at the time of checkout. No orders will be shipped until the payment has been processed.

Orders may also be placed over the telephone by calling us on 02 97907333. Please note any online discounts will not be applicable on telephone orders.

Orders may also be placed by fax on 1300 666764. Please note any online discounts offered will not be applicable on fax orders.

We accept only MasterCard or Visa payments on-line. We do not accept cash-on-delivery orders.

Orders with future delivery dates indicated will be posted on the nominated date.

Refunds

Please choose carefully and ensure you select the correct product as no refunds or exchanges are available on product that has been ordered incorrectly.

If there is any defect in the product on receipt then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time.

If an item arrives and there has been an oversight on our part with respect to a product defect, or if there has been breakage during transport, you must ensure that the item is left in its original packaging and condition and contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt in regards to a refund, replacement or credit for original product value.

Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the skin care products or makeup. Customers who are unsure of which product is best suited to their skin concern, should call into our salon and/or speak to a qualified skin care therapist to have products recommended to them.

Allergic reactions should not occur if you have purchased your product correctly and are experienced with your skin type (as stated in the previous paragraph). Products are not guaranteed if you do experience an allergic reaction. The manufacturer’s warranty clearly states products are only guaranteed when purchased through a recommendation from a qualified therapist. It is strongly recommended you visit us and/or speak to a qualified skin care therapist for advice if you are in any doubt.

Any concerns with items you receive must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. We offer a money-back guarantee on unopened and unused product only. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were sent to receive the refund. Return postage is to be paid by the purchaser.

Please contact our sales department before returning anything so we can inform you where to send and how to arrange the refund. This can be done either through the website or calling our shop on 9790-7333.

Returned items will be refunded using the same method used when the order was placed. Postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items only.

We do not accept returns for any other circumstances. Unauthorised returns are not permitted nor will they be accepted.

Government Taxes: 

All applicable GST (Goods & Services Tax) has been included in the prices shown on this web site.

Payments: 

Be assured that your payments via this site are secure as specified on our Privacy page (look for the Security heading).

You may pay with MasterCard or Visa through our online services. The charge on your credit card statement will state Feel Beautiful.

Shipping: 

All items are sent via regular delivery with Australia Post. We reserve the right to use a local courier service as necessary on a per delivery basis. The current rate is $9.90 flat rate per shipment. Please note that neither Australia Post nor any courier service offer guaranteed delivery times for regular deliveries.

Important Note: Feel Beautiful is in no way responsible for postage delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at ordering time. Please be sure to enter the correct postage and billing addresses. Missing unit numbers for example, can cause a delivery delay. We must also follow the guidelines provided by our carriers and are not responsible for delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost Packages: 

We cannot be held responsible for shipments once they have left our premises. If a parcel has been deemed lost by one of our carriers, we will submit a claim with them and will re-ship a replacement once the loss has been determined. Shipping refunds are not provided.
